The Media library

Every photo and video on your site in one place, with upload, hide, and restore.

A real recording of the editor. It loops; the steps below match what you see.

Step by step

Press Media library in the left toolbar. The Images tab shows every picture on your site; the Videos tab shows your uploaded videos.

Upload adds new files. Drop several at once if you like.

Hide tucks away photos you no longer use so the AI stops suggesting them, without deleting anything. Restore brings one back.

To use a library photo on a page, tell the AI its name: "use the photo called team-2026 on the About page".

Good to know

When you replace a photo on a page, the old one is kept in the archive automatically, so a replace is never permanent.
