Videos, PDFs, and other files

Videos upload to a fast player and embed anywhere; PDFs and documents attach in chat or through the Media library.

Step by step

Videos: use the video button next to the message box (or the Videos tab in the Media library). The upload goes straight to a video player service, so even large files work. When it finishes, tell the AI where the video goes: "add this video to the top of the About page".

PDFs and documents: attach with the paperclip button in the chat and say what to do with the file, for example "add this menu as a download link on the Menu page".

The AI places the file, writes the link or player into the page, and tells you what it did. Check the preview, then Go Live.

For a video that should play silently in the background of a section, say so: "make it autoplay muted in the background of the hero".
Keep PDFs under a few megabytes when you can. Visitors on phones thank you.
