Troubleshooting
The five situations that cause almost every worry, and what each one actually means.
My edit disappeared: it is saved in your preview. Press Refresh at the top of the preview, and look for the amber counter next to Go Live.
The preview looks old: after a save the preview rebuilds for about a minute. Press Refresh.
The live site did not change: did you press Go Live? Then wait a minute and reload. The counter next to Go Live tells you if anything is still waiting.
I see a login page in the preview: your site requires sign-in and the preview window cannot always hold that sign-in. Press Open at the top of the preview to view the site in its own tab. Your edits are still saving.
The AI changed the wrong thing: press Undo, then repeat the request with the page named.
